Responsibilities
• Leads training sessions with individual team members and groups of team members
• Provides and implements business-focused solutions
• Ensures that deliverables meet the appropriate project/program, development, and quality standards.
• Identifies ongoing training needs with team leads
• Improves business performance by initiating and promoting continuous improvement programs across the team
Requirements:
• Graduate of any 4 or 5 year course
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• At least 2 years relevant experience
