Responsibilities: 
Requirements:
  • Male or Female, 35-45 years old
  • Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
  • With excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 5 year(s) of related working experience in sales and sales management (in managerial capacity)
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, exceptional leadership abilities
  • Effective and efficient in handling the marketing of residential subdivisions & memorial parks of the company
  • Aggressive and results-oriented
  • Computer Literate
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas branch, Sta. Cruz Laguna, San Fernando-Pampanga & Tanza-Cavite
