Software Production & Installation Engineers - CEBU
Central Visayas - Cebu City
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of Software Configuration Management area and SW build and basic testing
- Planning, improving and maintaining of the process for Software Production and pre-verification
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is part of the work.
- To enforce our system verification capacity, we are looking for engineers with the ambition to grow and take responsibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years commercial experience in area, 5 years recommended
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- SCM area knowledge,
- SW production process knowledge,
- SCM Tools: Maven, Hudson, Cruise Control
- Basic testing skills
- Knowledge of scripting languages for Windows/Linux platforms (bat/bash)
- Version control systems: CVS, SVN, Clear Case
- English skills
- Good communication and team-work skills
- Creativity and willingness to improve
- Ability of fast learning
- Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Good Linux operation system & environment knowledge
- Possibility of traveling to Europe for a few months training
- High ownership level
