- Graduate of Psychology or any related field
- With 5-7 years experience in all areas of HR: Recruitment and Training, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Labor Relations and Performance Management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Very good communication skills
- Organized and systematic
- Strong sense of urgency
