Head Technician (Makati, Pasay, Cebu)
Cebu (Cebu City) (Central Visayas), National Capital Reg
  • Managing outsource technicians and maintenance
  • Inspection of equipments and building facilities to ensure its effective operation
  • Coordinate with outsource subcontractors on preventive maintenance and repair
  • Prepare punch list on defects found or work to be done
  • Prepare recommendation of work
  • Prepare list of materials and estimated budgetary cost needed for repair or architectural finishes
  • Coordinate with outsource contractor during repair
  • Coordinate with Facilities Engineer for replacement of defective architectural hardware or devices

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
